📋 Description

• • As a Senior Systems Test Engineer at SPAN.IO, Inc., you will serve as the technical bridge between System Integration and Test Execution, transforming high-level test plans into rigorous, automated testing strategies that ensure product reliability and scalability.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining test strategy by refining rough test plans into formal requirements, directing automation and infrastructure teams with clear specifications, maintaining end-to-end traceability in Jira and Jama, developing test orchestration frameworks, and executing system-level verification of hardware-software interactions.
• • You will join a mission-driven team in San Francisco’s SoMa neighborhood dedicated to enabling electrification for all by designing products that decarbonize the built environment, reduce carbon emissions, and build resilient, clean-energy-powered homes and vehicles.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in hardware-in-the-loop testing, requirements management, and test automation while contributing directly to scalable firmware validation processes that accelerate product development and support SPAN’s mission of combating climate change through electrification.
