- • Lead end-to-end hiring for software engineering roles globally, including backend, mobile, desktop, infrastructure, and product engineering.
- • Source and engage high-quality software engineering talent across multiple global markets using proactive and strategic sourcing techniques.
- • Partner closely with founding teams, engineering leaders, and hiring managers to define hiring strategy, calibrate talent standards, and align on role requirements.
- • Assess candidate quality based on career progression, technical depth, execution signals, and real-world impact—beyond resumes, school pedigree, or company brand names.
- • Drive the full candidate lifecycle including interview coordination, scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and closing processes.
- • Improve recruiting processes to enhance candidate experience, reduce time-to-hire, and increase hiring quality and consistency.
- • Build and maintain strong, scalable talent pipelines for key engineering functions across diverse geographic regions.
- • Operate with high ownership in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where decisions are made with limited information and rapid iteration is expected.
- • Contribute directly to shaping the engineering talent strategy of a company focused on building highly reliable AI systems for everyday user workflows.
- • Ensure alignment between hiring outcomes and the company’s mission of delivering intelligent, persistent, and reliable AI assistants that handle multi-step reasoning and external tool interactions.
- • Maintain transparency and decisiveness throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- • Evaluate technical stacks and organizational structures to accurately map candidate fit against evolving engineering needs.
- • Engage with candidates through personalized outreach that reflects deep understanding of their career motivations and technical interests.
- • Champion a culture of high talent density by identifying and attracting engineers who thrive in autonomous, high-execution environments.
- • Collaborate with leadership to refine hiring metrics and ensure recruitment efforts directly support product goals and technical roadmap priorities.
