- • The Senior Technical Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to align technology roadmaps with business goals, ensuring solutions meet compliance, performance, and sustainability standards.
- • This position requires a blend of deep technical expertise in cloud platforms, DevSecOps, and agile methodologies, combined with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to develop high-performing engineering teams.
- • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading software development teams, architecting microservices and cloud-native solutions, and implementing CI/CD pipelines with security integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
- • Responsibilities include defining technical vision, overseeing solution design and implementation, managing vendor relationships, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- • 6+ years of experience leading software development teams with hands-on design, coding, and delivery of complex systems.
- • Deep expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including infrastructure, networking, storage, and cloud financial management.
- • Proficiency in DevSecOps automation: CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Kubernetes), security scanning, vulnerability and secrets management.
- • Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks, preferably SAFe, and tools like Jira and Confluence for backlog tracking, sprint planning, and documentation.
- • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, and Spark for data processing and analytics.
- • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineering teams, conduct talent calibration, and drive team build efforts.
