• • The Senior Treasury Business Intelligence Analyst role at Remote Referral Board Inc. is a strategic finance position focused on driving operational excellence, automation, and data-driven decision-making across global cash management and treasury functions. This role goes beyond traditional treasury execution to optimize liquidity, improve forecasting, strengthen controls, and support scalable financial operations as the company expands across multiple countries and banking partners.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include driving the execution and automation of back-office treasury processes such as reconciliations, reporting, and cash positioning; implementing automation solutions using RPA, AI, Python, and TMS tools; enhancing liquidity forecasting with predictive analytics and machine learning; developing innovative cash forecasting techniques using real-time data; managing banking relations; leading process innovation for treasury operations; supporting country operationalizations including intercompany loans and e-banking setup; utilizing BI tools for advanced reporting and visualization; collaborating on investment and debt activities; monitoring and managing cash-related risks; evaluating and adopting new technologies like cloud-based TMS; participating in or leading treasury-related projects; collaborating cross-functionally with finance, accounting, operations, and procurement teams; and training and supporting new team members in the treasury function.
