- • As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Willow Health, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience for a telehealth platform dedicated to personalized, responsible cosmetic weight loss care. Your work will directly impact how users engage with the brand, ensuring that every interaction—from onboarding to ongoing care—is intuitive, accessible, and emotionally resonant. By translating complex health journeys into clear, compassionate interfaces, you’ll help make high-quality care feel approachable and empowering for diverse users across Argentina and beyond.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting user research to uncover behavioral insights and pain points, developing information architecture and user flows that support seamless navigation, and creating low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to visualize and test design solutions. You’ll design visually compelling landing pages, dashboards, and marketing materials while maintaining strict brand consistency across all platforms. Usability testing will be a regular practice—you’ll plan sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to improve accessibility and user satisfaction, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards for users of all abilities.

You’ll gain experience leading design processes in a fast-paced, mission-aligned startup, strengthening your skills in systemic design, cross-functional communication, and evidence-based iteration—positioning you as a strategic design leader in the growing telehealth space.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing well-crafted case studies that demonstrate end-to-end design thinking from research to implementation.
- • Expert proficiency in Figma for UI design, including the creation of flexible, high-fidelity interfaces for desktop and mobile platforms, as well as advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and visual content production.
- • Proven ability to conduct user research, develop information architecture and user flows, conduct usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback—while ensuring accessibility compliance and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
