- • As a Service Desk Technician at NTST, Inc., you will serve as the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues with Netsmart Managed Services, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, documenting resolutions, contributing to knowledge base articles, and escalating complex cases when necessary while maintaining accurate records and follow-through.
- • You will join a dedicated technical support team within a professional, remote-friendly environment focused on delivering reliable managed services to healthcare and human services organizations, where collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued.
- • In this role, you will develop strong technical troubleshooting skills, enhance your customer service and communication abilities, gain experience with enterprise ticketing systems, and build a foundation for advancement in IT support or technical operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED
- • At least 1 year of IT support experience in a professional services environment including use of a ticketing system
- • Customer focused skills including active listening, ability to interpret IT issues from clients, and communicate resolutions clearly
- • Thorough knowledge and troubleshooting of PC hardware and peripherals
- • Ability to develop clear, concise, and professional written communication via emails or work instructions
- • Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work effectively
