- • Maintain and improve scalable, reliable cloud and on-premises software infrastructure while providing solutions to reduce operational risk
- • Build and maintain availability and performance monitoring tools to identify operational risks and issues
- • Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis of operational incidents, and implement proactive solutions
- • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems and lead incident resolution efforts
- • Advise development teams on designing and implementing features with reliability and scalability in mind
- • Develop disaster recovery solutions and document processes and critical system components
- • Develop and maintain automation tools to streamline deployments, operations, and overall system efficiency
- • Administer infrastructure and third-party SaaS components that support the system
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- • 7+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related role
- • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- • Experience with Microsoft development stack (Windows, SQL Server, IIS, .NET)
- • Experience with Azure cloud platform
- • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Shell, etc.)
- • Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools
- • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills
- • Experience with Azure, AWS, and on-premises systems preferred
- • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitHub CI/CD)
- • Understanding of networking and security best practices
- • Experience with infrastructure as code (Pulumi, Terraform, etc.)
