- • We are actively looking for individuals who have owned or co-owned small businesses across a diverse spectrum of industries. This includes, but is not limited to, retail, e-commerce, professional services (such as consulting, legal, and accounting), technology and software development, hospitality and food and beverage establishments, healthcare and wellness providers, creative agencies and media companies, construction and trades, and various other small business sectors. Whether you are a nascent entrepreneur just starting out or a seasoned business owner with years of operational experience, your granular insight into day-to-day decision-making processes is exceptionally valuable to us.
- • In this freelance role, your primary responsibility will be to engage with advanced AI models by presenting them with realistic small business scenarios and operational challenges. You will meticulously evaluate the AI's outputs, focusing on areas such as budgeting and financial projections, pricing strategies, marketing campaign development, critical hiring decisions, effective vendor management, nuanced customer communications, and essential basic compliance considerations. A key aspect of your role will be to assess whether the AI's responses are practical, actionable, and accurately aligned with the actual operational realities and constraints faced by Very Small Businesses.
- • You will be instrumental in identifying and capturing reproducible error traces when the AI provides suboptimal or incorrect advice. This structured feedback is vital for refining the AI's understanding and performance. Furthermore, you will provide structured, constructive feedback aimed at improving the prompts used to interact with the AI, enhancing the evaluation criteria for its responses, and ensuring the overall real-world applicability of the AI's capabilities for small business owners. Your insights will help pinpoint areas where AI models might oversimplify complex trade-offs or misunderstand the unique resource constraints that are endemic to VSB environments.
