- • As a Social Media & Community Specialist at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will play a pivotal role in amplifying the company’s brand presence and fostering meaningful engagement across digital platforms, directly supporting its mission to build superior application platforms that drive efficiency and societal impact.
- • You will develop and execute data-driven social media strategies, create and curate compelling content for platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize reach and engagement while staying ahead of emerging trends.
- • You will join a highly motivated, technically adept team operating in a flat organizational structure where initiative and hands-on contribution are valued over hierarchy, working alongside engineers and product experts dedicated to innovation and excellence.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in social media analytics, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, gaining ownership of measurable outcomes and the opportunity to grow into a strategic leadership position within a fast-scaling, mission-driven tech company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and content creation
- • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to track performance, measure ROI, and derive insights from platform data
