📋 Description

• • As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at FundraiseUp Inc., you will work in a platform engineering role focused on building quality infrastructure and tooling for the entire engineering organization, ensuring reliable and scalable testing practices across a complex product ecosystem.
• • You will design and maintain reusable quality tooling and services, build and evolve end-to-end test frameworks from scratch, develop and support CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, work with mocking and service virtualization tools, conduct R&D and proof-of-concept work, collaborate with product and QA teams to improve test infrastructure, and build analytics and observability around test quality and stability.
• • You will join a distributed team of 160+ product professionals, including 80+ engineers, primarily based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus, where deep technical curiosity, knowledge sharing, and a product-first mindset are valued.
• • In this role, you will gain expertise in building production-grade testing platforms, deepen your skills in TypeScript, NestJS, React, Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, and CI/CD systems, and have the opportunity to drive technical ownership and innovation in quality engineering across a global nonprofit technology platform.
