- • As a Senior iOS Engineer at Speechify, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to eliminate reading barriers by enhancing the iOS app used by over 50 million people worldwide. Your work will directly contribute to making learning more accessible through innovative text-to-speech technology.
- • Day to day, you will lead key engineering and product decisions, actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app, collaborate within a dedicated product team, participate in shaping the product roadmap, and maintain and enhance the app’s complex architecture using Swift and SwiftUI.
- • You will join a fully distributed, high-caliber team of nearly 200 engineers, AI researchers, and product experts from top companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Stanford, as well as high-growth startups such as Stripe, Vercel, and Bolt, all united by a passion for impactful innovation.
- • In this role, you will grow as a technical leader in a flat organization where influence is earned through excellence, deepen your expertise in iOS development and product thinking, and help shape the future of AI-powered audio technology while making a measurable difference in users’ lives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
- • Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI
- • Experience with multithreading programming and CI/CD infrastructure
- • Knowledge of SOLID principles and ability to apply them consistently
- • Experience with Git and understanding of various Git strategies
- • Familiarity with Fastlane for iOS deployment automation
