📋 Description

• As a Senior iOS Engineer at Speechify, you will play a critical role in advancing the company’s mission to eliminate reading barriers for over 50 million users worldwide by enhancing the iOS app, which has been recognized as Apple’s 2025 Design Award winner for Inclusivity and ranked #18 in the App Store’s productivity category.
• You will actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app, lead key engineering and product decisions, collaborate within a dedicated product team, participate in shaping the product roadmap, and maintain and enhance the app’s complex architecture using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Speechify is a 100% distributed company with nearly 200 global employees, including engineers from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and top academic institutions, operating in a flat organization that rewards technical excellence, fast execution, and customer obsession.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in iOS development, influence product direction at a high-growth startup, work on impactful AI-powered audio technology, and grow as a technical leader by delivering results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI
• Experience with multithreading programming
• Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane
• Understanding of SOLID principles and ability to apply them in code design
• Experience with Git and various Git strategies
• Proven track record of building and shipping products from inception to traction
