📋 Description

• Software Engineer, iOS Core Product role at Speechify Inc. focused on advancing the iOS app that empowers over 50 million users to convert text to audio for improved learning and accessibility.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading key engineering and product decisions, shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app, collaborating within a dedicated product team, participating in product roadmap discussions, and maintaining and enhancing the app’s complex architecture.
• Speechify is a 100% distributed company with nearly 200 global employees, including engineers from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and top startups, united by a mission to eliminate reading barriers through AI-powered audio technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI programming languages
• Experience with multithreading programming and CI/CD infrastructure
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and ability to apply them in class design
• Experience with Git and understanding of various Git strategies
• Familiarity with Fastlane for iOS build automation
