📋 Description

• As a Software Engineer, iOS Core Product at Speechify, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to eliminate reading barriers for over 50 million users worldwide by enhancing the iOS app that has been recognized as Apple’s App of the Day and a Chrome Extension of the Year.
• Day to day, you will actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app, lead key engineering and product decisions, collaborate within a dedicated product team, participate in shaping the product roadmap, and maintain and enhance the app’s complex architecture using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Speechify is a 100% distributed company with nearly 200 global employees, including engineers from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and top startups like Stripe and Vercel, fostering a flat organization where technical excellence and results drive leadership opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in iOS development, influence product direction through customer-obsessed thinking, and contribute to a transformative AI-powered audio platform that empowers users with learning differences and professionals worldwide, gaining impact, autonomy, and technical mastery.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI
• Experience with multithreading programming and CI/CD infrastructure
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and ability to apply them in code design
• Experience with Git and understanding of various Git strategies
• Familiarity with Fastlane for iOS automation
