📋 Description
- • Lead and support multiple engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions that make a meaningful impact on health and vitality.
- • Translate product and business strategy into clear engineering plans, delivery milestones, and technical roadmaps while mentoring engineering managers and senior engineers.
- • Partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes across Product, Operations, Client Success, and Growth teams.
- • Champion agile delivery, automation, modern tooling, and engineering best practices to improve quality, speed, reliability, and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of managers and senior engineers.
- • Experience leading teams across the full software lifecycle in complex, cross-functional environments.
- • Strong understanding of modern application development, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
- • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving.
- • Clear, confident communicator able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
