Solutions and Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Solutions and Implementation Engineer at Cytora, you will be the technical orchestrator behind customer implementations, owning the journey from kick-off through go-live while bridging Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
• • You will drive technical implementations for new and existing customers, including API integration, workflow configuration, and production go-live, while designing integration strategies through technical discovery and producing Miro workflows and implementation playbooks.
• • You will advise customers on API integration patterns, webhook strategies, error handling, schema design, and platform best practices, translating complex technical concepts for both developers and business stakeholders.
• • You will partner across teams as the technical glue between Customer Success, Sales, Solutions Consultants, and Product, supporting delivery, providing technical context, and closing the product loop by filing bug reports and feature requests.
• • You will educate customers on how Cytora’s AI-powered platform works, staying current on LLM advancements and explaining AI applications in accessible ways to diverse audiences.
• • You will troubleshoot complex issues by analyzing logs, monitoring, and system behavior, providing clear reproductions to Engineering, and staying ahead of product updates by testing new features and sharing insights.
