📋 Description

• The Solutions Delivery Engineer is a critical part of the data center customer success team at Teledyne FLIR LLC, focusing on technical advocacy and product installation/delivery to ensure technical deployment aligns with customers’ strategic goals in high-reliability industries such as aerospace, defense, and critical infrastructure.
• Day to day, the role involves becoming an expert in planning and deploying FLIR solutions, working with customers to specify hardware and networking needs, managing deployments from hardware to software, traveling for commissioning and troubleshooting, overseeing hardware refresh cycles, and supporting internal teams like Solutions Architects and Sales Managers.
• The team operates within a global leader in thermal and sensing technology, emphasizing in-house R&D and manufacturing, with a culture centered on collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation across industrial growth markets.
• In this role, the individual can develop deep expertise in mission-critical security and sensing deployments, gain exposure to cutting-edge sensor and software integration, advance their career in a world-leading technology company, and contribute to high-impact projects in data centers and critical infrastructure environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree or professional experience equivalent, with Computer Science or Networking degrees preferred
• Experience deploying solutions on a distributed architecture
• Understanding of and ability to use APIs
• Ability to quickly understand and troubleshoot complex networking requirements and software applications
• Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with technical and program management levels
• Comfortable with travel up to 50% or more
