• • As a remote SLP with Expressable, you will conduct comprehensive speech therapy sessions and evaluations entirely online. You will leverage our custom-built technology and advanced clinical tools to diagnose speech and language disorders, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. Our approach emphasizes measurable outcomes, ensuring progress is tracked and celebrated. A crucial aspect of your role will be dedicated caregiver education and engagement, equipping families with the knowledge and strategies to support their child's communication goals beyond therapy sessions. • • Accuracy and timeliness in documentation are paramount. • • To ensure seamless service delivery and client support, this position requires a commitment of 36-40 hours per week. Scheduling flexibility is key, as your availability will include afternoons and evenings to accommodate the diverse needs and schedules of our clients and their families. You will also provide essential coverage for your colleagues' PTO and sick leave, demonstrating a strong team spirit and a shared commitment to ensuring uninterrupted care for all clients.
