• • As a Squad Leader at Sherpany by Datasite, you will lead a cross-functional team of developers and technical specialists to drive the delivery of high-impact meeting management solutions used by over 400 enterprise clients worldwide. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Sherpany continues to innovate and scale its platform, directly contributing to improved board and executive meeting productivity for global organizations.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical leadership and mentorship to frontend and backend developers, overseeing project planning and execution using Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration across squads and departments, and monitoring team performance through regular feedback and coaching to ensure alignment with business goals and quality standards.
