- • As a Sr. Data Engineer I at TrueML, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers machine learning models used to improve financial outcomes for distressed borrowers. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to create personalized, digital-first experiences that promote financial inclusion and prevent consumers from being locked out of the financial system.
- • Day to day, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines using modern ETL/ELT tools, ensure data quality and reliability across systems, collaborate with data scientists and analysts to prepare features for machine learning models, and maintain data warehouses and lakes in cloud environments. You will also monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to best practices in data governance and documentation.
- • You will join a mission-driven team of data scientists, financial services experts, and customer experience advocates who are passionate about using technology to serve underserved populations. TrueML fosters a collaborative, innovative culture where data is central to decision-making and social impact.
