- • The Sr. Data Operations Manager, Partner Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing system operations, data integrity, and process excellence across sales and marketing functions, ensuring data governance standards empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing and optimizing data workflows across S4HANA, Salesforce, MSF, Tableau, and connected platforms; leading a high-performing team through KPI-driven performance management; building cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration; overseeing data governance frameworks for clean data input/output; and serving as a subject matter expert for Customer Master Data in the US & Canada on regional and global projects.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with MIS/Analytics concentration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics or Data Analytics/science, or Operations Management
- • 3+ years of team leadership experience
- • 5+ years of Master Data and operations management experience
- • 5+ years of experience in SAP/S4 Hana
- • Background in Data Governance and process documentation
- • Systems-thinking approach to manage complex interdependencies between platforms, processes, and teams
