Sr. Design Manager

📋 Description

• • As Sr. Design Manager at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will lead the design vision for the company’s booking experience—one of its biggest revenue drivers—shaping how businesses manage and experience travel through a seamless, technology-powered platform.
• • Day to day, you will guide and mentor a team of 3-6 product designers, set creative direction for clarity and consistency across travel surfaces, turn insights into intuitive user experiences, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ship high-impact work, champion design’s strategic role in business outcomes, and leverage AI-native workflows like Cursor and Figma Make to increase velocity.
