- • As Sr. Development Manager at Wealth Enhancement Group, LLC, you will lead and direct developer resources to ensure alignment with the company’s technology vision and architecture strategy, driving innovative software solutions across Salesforce, Workday, React, and Node.js platforms while maintaining technical excellence and scalable delivery.
- • Day to day, you will communicate code overlap risks, provide strategic project updates to technology leadership, stay current with technology advancements, enforce architecture standards, create analytics reporting on development efforts, manage and optimize developer workloads, serve as an escalation point for technical barriers, coordinate project allocations with finance, mentor developers, conduct performance reviews, enforce coding standards and governance, lead code reviews, and continuously improve development processes for quality and efficiency.
- • Wealth Enhancement Group is an independent wealth management firm serving over 80,000 households across 140+ offices nationwide, dedicated to personalized financial planning through its Roundtable and UniFi processes, with a commitment to raising the standard of wealth management since 1997 through specialized knowledge and attentive service.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in managing cross-platform development teams, deepen your knowledge of enterprise platforms like Salesforce and Workday, strengthen your ability to align technology with business goals, enhance your skills in data-driven decision making through analytics reporting, and grow your impact by fostering a high-performing, innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement and technical excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- • Minimum of 7 years in a leadership role delivering software application projects
- • Minimum of 3 years people leadership experience preferred
- • Experience or exposure to Salesforce and Workday platforms preferred
- • Salesforce Platform Builder certification preferred
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of developers
- • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges
