📋 Description
- • As the Sr Director, Revenue Technology at Morning Brew, you will serve as the technical engine behind global revenue operations, ensuring the lead-to-cash process is seamless, automated, and intelligent by owning the architecture and execution of the revenue technology stack end to end.
- • Day to day, you will manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce including custom objects, complex Flows, and validation rules; enforce data hygiene standards; design and optimize integrations between Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Placements.io, and Sage Intacct; build reports and dashboards for revenue KPIs; automate workflows using AI and orchestration tools like Claude Code and n8n; lead training and enablement for new system features; and serve as the technical lead for Placements.io managing product catalog, rate cards, and sync logic.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in revenue systems architecture, become an internal expert on AI-driven automation and low-code orchestration, and have the opportunity to shape a world-class revenue engine by blending infrastructure rigor with cutting-edge AI and automation technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in revenue operations, systems architecture, or CRM administration
- • At least 2 years managing a complex Salesforce instance with experience in the AdTech/Media space
- • Hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (Placements.io, ADvendio, Operative, or similar) strongly preferred
- • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Strongly Preferred); Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin (Highly Preferred)
- • Ability to read/write basic JSON and work with REST APIs
- • Demonstrated experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., building GPTs, AI for data cleansing, Salesforce AI features); bonus for Claude Code, MCP integrations, or LLM-driven workflow automation
