• • Day to day, the role involves developing collaborative relationships with VP-level leaders in service teams, translating business requirements into technical roadmaps, overseeing Salesforce platform architecture and governance, enforcing modern SDLC and CI/CD practices, and mentoring technical teams focused on service application development.
