Sr. Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• • Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams of 5–15+ engineers while redefining how modern, AI-native engineering organizations build and ship software, ensuring quality is enforced through automation and systems.
• • Drive delivery of production-grade software by establishing clear quality expectations, fostering accountability, and embedding AI-powered development and testing practices across the SDLC.
• • Partner with Product Management to translate customer needs into scalable systems, define metrics linking engineering output to customer satisfaction, and balance speed, quality, and innovation for real-world user value.
• • Build and operationalize AI-driven quality strategies including AI-generated test cases, self-healing test suites, and agent-assisted validation; implement observability (logging, metrics, tracing, SLOs/SLIs) and use production data to predict and prevent failures.
• • Contribute to technical roadmap execution, balance AI-first innovation with long-term maintainability, manage technical debt strategically, and guide architectural decisions for scale, reliability, and agility.
• • Mentor engineers, drive cross-team alignment, communicate clearly across technical and business contexts, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
