  • • As a Sr. Enterprise Project Manager at Agiloft, you will be at the forefront of delivering our industry-leading, data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software to our most significant enterprise clients. You will own the end-to-end success of large-scale, complex implementation projects, serving as the central point of communication and strategic driver between Agiloft and our valued customers. This role demands a seasoned professional who excels in managing high-visibility, company-wide initiatives with substantial budgets and diverse project teams.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the planning, design, implementation, and rigorous testing phases of intricate projects that have the potential to impact thousands of end-users within client organizations. You will navigate the complexities inherent in large enterprise environments, ensuring seamless integration of Agiloft's powerful CLM platform into their existing workflows and systems.
  • • A key aspect of this role is your ability to act as an exceptional communicator. You will be instrumental in setting realistic and appropriate expectations with all stakeholders, proactively keeping them informed of project progress, critical milestones, and outstanding action items. This involves meticulous project plan management, effective resource allocation, and a keen eye for balancing workloads to ensure that Agiloft consistently meets and exceeds its commitments to clients.
  • • You will be responsible for driving project execution, identifying and mitigating risks, managing scope, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes developing detailed project plans, defining project scope and objectives, and securing necessary resources.
  • • The Sr. Enterprise Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, and Support, to ensure a unified and successful client experience. You will facilitate effective communication and collaboration among these internal teams and external client stakeholders, fostering a partnership approach to project delivery.
  • • You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including project sponsors, IT departments, and business unit leaders. Understanding their unique business needs and objectives will be crucial in tailoring the implementation strategy and ensuring maximum value realization from the Agiloft platform.
  • • This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will anticipate potential challenges, develop contingency plans, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. Your ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure will be vital.
  • • You will also play a role in refining Agiloft's implementation methodologies and best practices. By sharing insights and lessons learned from complex enterprise projects, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery model, helping to scale our operations and enhance client satisfaction.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, project management best practices, and the nuances of enterprise-level deployments. Experience with CLM or similar enterprise software solutions is highly advantageous, as is a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • • Ultimately, you will be the trusted advisor and project leader who ensures that our enterprise clients successfully adopt and leverage the Agiloft platform to achieve their strategic business goals, driving significant competitive advantage through optimized contract management.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) managing large-scale, complex enterprise software implementation projects, preferably within the SaaS or CLM space.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage significant budgets and lead cross-functional project teams of considerable size.
  • • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to set expectations and keep diverse groups informed.
  • • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and the ability to adapt them to specific project needs.
  • • Experience in risk management, scope control, and ensuring on-time, within-budget project delivery.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • • Generous paid time off (PTO) and floating holidays.
  • • Quarterly wellness days for mental and physical well-being.
  • • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a rapidly growing market leader.
  • • Supportive and inclusive work environment with active Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
