• • As a Sr. Manager, Engineering - Infrastructure/Backend at Veritone, Inc., you will lead the design, build, and championing of robust backend systems that power aiWARE, the world’s first operating system for artificial intelligence, enabling organizations across industries to harness AI at scale to solve complex business challenges.
• • Day to day, you will work closely with product management to translate roadmap priorities into actionable engineering deliverables, oversee on-time software project delivery, lead Agile ceremonies, mentor individual contributors, champion technical best practices, drive resource allocation and capacity planning, improve software quality and operational efficiency, represent engineering to stakeholders, balance innovation with stability, recruit and retain top talent, foster a collaborative and transparent engineering culture, and embody company values of Visionary, Electrifying, Resilient, and Integrity.
