- • As a Senior Omnichannel Analyst at Assurant, you will play a key role in activating insights and driving measurable improvements across digital and assisted channels, directly impacting customer experiences for over 300 million customers worldwide.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyzing customer journey data to uncover actionable insights, collaborating cross-functionally to drive improvements, owning medium-complexity initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in omnichannel analytics, customer experience transformation, and data-driven storytelling while leading projects, mentoring others, and influencing strategic decisions that enhance customer journeys across global markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business, mathematics, computer science or related field
- • 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, with 2+ years focused on translating insights into recommendations and developing reports using SQL, Microsoft Reporting Services, and/or Power BI, ideally in contact center environments
- • Experience working in or with contact center environments and familiarity with CX technology platforms such as Medallia, Qualtrics, or In-Moment
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and experience driving change in large, complex organizations
- • Ability to lead projects, manage multiple tasks under deadlines, gather requirements from end users, and present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- • Knowledge of Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and a determined, self-starter mindset with good presentation and storytelling skills
