- • The Senior Pricing Analyst is a high-impact, hybrid leader serving as the strategic architect of WEX’s most strategic and complex pricing networks, operating at the intersection of Commercial Risk Operations, Product, and Technology to ensure pricing functionality is scalable, technically sound, and aligned with enterprise-wide objectives.
- • Day to day, the role involves proactively identifying opportunities to integrate AI and automation, leading complex issue investigations across technical and billing workstreams, ensuring compliance with internal controls, delivering monthly reporting to finance and risk teams, leading enterprise-level projects, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert to train staff and advocate for process improvements.
- • The team operates within WEX Inc., a leader in payment processing and fleet management solutions, where the Senior Pricing Analyst acts as a trusted advisor and escalation point, bridging business needs with technical execution to mitigate financial risk and enhance merchant experience.
- • In this role, the individual can develop expertise in enterprise pricing systems, influence cross-functional roadmaps, lead continuous improvement initiatives, gain experience in AI and automation advocacy, and build leadership capabilities in project management, stakeholder communication, and process re-engineering to drive measurable economic gain.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 3-5 years of experience in related fields
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills
- • Demonstrated project management capabilities
- • Superior critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- • Technical proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools to support systemic issue investigation
- • Ability to collaborate with and be influential at all levels of the organization
