- • As a Senior Principal Biostatistician at Biogen, you will lead study design and data analysis, providing critical statistical expertise across therapeutic areas to support clinical development, biomarker research, and regulatory strategy.
- • Day to day, you will lead biostatistics representation on project teams, define statistical methodologies, analyze and interpret clinical data, supervise contract and FSP statisticians, mentor junior staff, collaborate with medical writers and data management teams, and ensure integrity in study setup and reporting.
- • You will join Biogen’s global biostatistics department within a mid-sized biotechnology company committed to delivering life-changing medicines through scientific excellence, innovation, and a culture of inclusion and belonging.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in regulatory submissions, advance your leadership in mentoring and process improvement, and contribute to high-impact projects that shape Biogen’s pipeline and scientific reputation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Ph.D. in Biostatistics or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- • Thorough understanding of statistical principles and clinical trial methodology
- • Proficiency in R, SAS, or other statistical software programming languages
- • Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to statistical analysis
- • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
