📋 Description
- • The Sr Product Manager for Workforce Edge serves as a senior product and technology leader responsible for defining and executing the long-term vision for the career mobility ecosystem, acting as a system architect for the core platform, user experience, and data/AI ecosystem to ensure scalability, intelligence, and future-readiness.
- • Day to day, the role involves defining multi-year product strategy, overseeing scalable data ingestion and integration pipelines, partnering with engineering and AI teams to implement semantic data layers and metadata governance, owning technical product strategy for platform logic and AI pipelines, leading initiatives to embed ML/NLP/generative AI into core applications, defining how AI informs skills taxonomies and career pathways, guiding product vision and roadmap alignment across engineering, data science, and design, serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, mentoring other product managers, and representing Workforce Edge as an industry thought leader in data and AI for workforce development.
- • The role operates within Strayer University, Inc.’s Strategic Education, Inc. (SEI) organization, contributing to a mission-driven platform that delivers education benefits at scale by connecting learning to measurable career outcomes through intelligent, data-powered workforce solutions.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in AI-driven product strategy and large-scale platform systems, shape enterprise-grade data and AI architecture, influence company-wide priorities, mentor product talent, and establish thought leadership in the future of work through responsible, compliant, and impactful AI applications.
