  • • Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new AI-powered safety features, encompassing both hardware and software components. This includes developing comprehensive launch plans, defining target audiences, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure successful product introductions.
  • • Design and implement targeted marketing programs aimed at increasing the adoption and usage of recently launched safety products within our existing customer base. This involves understanding customer needs, identifying adoption barriers, and creating programs to overcome them.
  • • Empower the sales team by creating and delivering high-impact enablement materials. This includes developing compelling training sessions, concise battlecards, insightful competitor analyses, and core messaging frameworks that equip sales representatives to effectively articulate the value proposition and win deals.
  • • Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and video teams to create and vet a wide range of customer-facing content. This content will effectively communicate the unique value and benefits of our AI safety solutions, ensuring clarity and resonance with our target audience.
  • • Act as the voice of the customer by actively engaging with users through beta programs, feedback sessions, and industry events. This direct interaction will help build customer advocacy, gather crucial insights, and ensure our product development is aligned with real-world needs.
  • • Provide critical feedback from the field to the Product Management team, influencing the future direction and roadmap of our safety products. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of Samsara's safety innovations.
  • • Analyze performance dashboards to meticulously measure product adoption, campaign effectiveness, and key business metrics. You will be responsible for reporting on progress and insights to leadership, enabling data-informed strategic adjustments.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in Product Marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS or Management Consulting experience with a focus on enterprise sales and go to market.
  • • Demonstrated mission-critical, commercial mindset with deep empathy for B2B sales channels and experience helping them win deals.
  • • Proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership to drive complex problems to a solution.
  • • Executive presence and polished communication skills, with the credibility to "command a room" and present to senior leadership.
  • • Excellent customer-centric storytelling ability, translating technical features into clear value, and eagerness to engage directly with customers.
  • • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
