  • • As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Platform & Enterprise at FICO, you will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying the go-to-market strategy for FICO Platform, one of our most strategic and impactful offerings.
  • • This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of enterprise B2B technology and the ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with diverse audiences, including customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • • You will be the architect of the narrative, defining and communicating the critical "Why Change, Why FICO, and Why Now" story that drives adoption and revenue for our enterprise platform solutions.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and refine compelling value messaging and positioning for FICO Platform, meticulously tailoring these messages to specific target audiences and market segments to maximize impact.
  • • This involves a close, collaborative partnership with product management, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure absolute alignment between messaging, product functionality, the overarching software vision, and the evolving needs of our customers.
  • • You will leverage market insights and buyer intelligence, working in tandem with the market insights team, to conduct thorough competitive analysis, identify emerging market trends, pinpoint buyer pain points, and uncover unique opportunities for differentiation.
  • • A key contribution will be the creation of robust launch frameworks, sophisticated content activation strategies, and essential foundational platform materials. • • To ensure scalability and consistent knowledge dissemination across our global teams, you will develop and implement repeatable frameworks that embed best practices and product knowledge.
  • • You will actively participate in and contribute to the GTM execution for new platform functionalities and product innovations, ensuring seamless alignment and coordinated efforts across all relevant stakeholders.
  • • Continuous improvement is key; you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing launch strategies, messaging effectiveness, and campaign content to drive measurable adoption and significant revenue impact.
  • • This role offers the unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a core FICO product, working at the intersection of technology, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • • You will be a key player in articulating the value of FICO's advanced analytics, AI, and decisioning technologies to enterprise clients, helping them solve their most complex business challenges.
  • • By synthesizing customer feedback, sales signals, and deep product understanding, you will craft compelling stories that highlight FICO's leadership and innovation in the enterprise software space.
  • • Your work will directly contribute to FICO's mission of helping businesses worldwide make better decisions, impacting industries from finance and insurance to telecommunications and retail.
  • • You will be a vital link in the product lifecycle, ensuring that the market understands and values the sophisticated capabilities of FICO Platform.
  • • This role requires a proactive, strategic mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • • You will be expected to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, fostering a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.
