- • As a Senior Specialized BI Analyst at Memorial Hermann Health System, you will serve as a technical analytics expert responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions that drive physician, quality, clinical, and operational performance initiatives.
- • Day to day, you will work with customers across clinical, administrative, and operational areas to understand business problems, procure and integrate data sources, develop advanced SQL queries, build dashboards using Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI, and deliver actionable insights to support data-informed decision-making.
- • You will be part of the Analytics Team within a leading healthcare system dedicated to creating healthier communities, where your work directly supports strategic goals through domain expertise in areas such as clinical, finance, human resources, or supply chain.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare data analytics, mentor junior analysts, influence data governance practices, and contribute to the evolution of Memorial Hermann’s analytics maturity toward predictive and prescriptive capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, data science, business administration, statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience providing analytics services in domain areas such as clinical, finance, or operations
- • Advanced proficiency with SQL and experience with healthcare data warehousing, analytics, and reporting solutions
- • Hands-on experience with Epic Caboodle and/or Epic Cogito, including certification or equivalent practical expertise
- • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
