• • The Sr. Value Attainment Analyst serves as the analytical engine behind Ambience's financial ROI story, turning customer data into defensible, compelling ROI analyses that drive renewals, expansions, and confidence in Ambience's impact across health systems.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning end-to-end ROI analysis for assigned accounts—from data acquisition and cleaning through final deliverables and QBR presentations—applying and refining value measurement frameworks, building pre-sales pro forma models, maintaining cross-customer benchmarking dashboards, and presenting results to health system finance and clinical leadership.
• • Ambience Healthcare is building an AI intelligence platform that restores humanity to healthcare by removing administrative burden from providers, backed by top-tier investors and recognized for improving clinician experience and innovation in healthcare AI.
• • In this role, the person will deepen expertise in healthcare finance and value measurement, develop executive communication skills for C-suite audiences, gain end-to-end ownership of analytical workflows, and contribute to methodology evolution that directly impacts product strategy and customer retention.
