- • As a Staff Data Scientist at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will serve as a force multiplier and accelerant to the business by driving data-informed decision-making across product, growth, tech, and operations, helping the company scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business within four years.
- • Day to day, you will define the right business problems, pull and analyze data using SQL and Python, build reports and experiments, surface actionable insights, and drive outcomes by influencing stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations with clear, persuasive communication.
- • You will join a team of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who are analytical powerhouses and first principles problem solvers, embedded within core business units including Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, and Strategic Partnerships, where you will own the end-to-end analytical function.
- • In this role, you will learn to break ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses, execute analyses independently, influence leadership-level decisions without corporate bureaucracy, and see your work through to tangible business impact — all while working with a high-performing, egoless team focused on real-world problem solving.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently using SQL or Python
- • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable business impact
- • Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level
- • First principles thinker who defines the right problems before building solutions
- • Owner mindset — takes responsibility for outcomes beyond formal scope
