- • The Staff Enterprise Architect leads the architecture, build, and operation of High-Performance Computing (HPC) platforms on AWS Cloud, driving deployment efficiency, platform reliability, and AI-enabled optimization.
- • Design, build and run HPC platforms on AWS Cloud; engineer and maintain software configuration, deployment, and automation processes; troubleshoot and resolve recurring platform issues with scalable, long-term solutions.
- • Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency; use AI/ML-driven approaches to optimize infrastructure utilization, workload performance, and operations.
- • Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and operations teams to deliver robust HPC solutions; deliver architecture roadmaps and projects to fulfill product rollout needs and business driven outcomes.
- • Contribute to long term architecture and implementation of GE Vernova Compute strategy; participate in domain technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction.
- • Assist in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
- • Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.
- • Coach and mentor team members.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors with minimum 6 years of experience
- • 5–7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, or systems architecture
- • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud environments
- • Strong background in Linux administration, automation, and software deployment
- • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and configuration management
- • Knowledge of HPC schedulers, storage, and networking
