📋 Description

• • The Staff M365 Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for the architecture, engineering, security, and reliability of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem across the enterprise, ensuring the environment is secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business productivity outcomes.
• • Day to day, the person will design and implement M365 architecture including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online & OneDrive, Power Platform, and Copilot; collaborate on security and compliance with Purview and Defender; lead migration from Zoom to Teams; design secure integrations with Entra ID and third-party systems; automate provisioning using PowerShell and Infrastructure-as-Code; drive platform reliability through monitoring and incident response; enable Copilot adoption with guardrails and extensibility; and mentor engineers while influencing roadmap decisions.
