- • Staff Product Manager, Growth role focused on driving engagement, frequency, breadth, and depth of product use across Jump’s advisor base, directly impacting retention and expansion metrics
- • Own Jump’s engagement strategy end-to-end: define key engagement metrics, build roadmaps, instrument tracking, and design interventions to increase advisor product adoption and reduce churn
- • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify drop-off points, run structured experiments, validate with data, and communicate results to leadership and the board
- • Jump Technologies Inc. is building the AI operating system for financial advisors, transforming meetings, emails, and documents into structured data, automated workflows, and compliance-ready outputs to save advisors time and grow their practices
- • Opportunity to shape how advisors integrate Jump into their core workflows, making the product indispensable and directly influencing company success through measurable engagement outcomes
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years of PM experience with meaningful time in growth, engagement, or retention-focused roles
- • Proven track record of moving engagement or retention metrics through product changes, not just making recommendations
- • Systems thinker who sees how individual product decisions compound into behavioral patterns at scale
- • Commercially literate: understands how engagement maps to revenue and can make that case persuasively to leadership and the board
- • Experience influencing roadmaps across multiple product areas without direct ownership
- • Deep understanding of data, metrics, and levers that move them; proactively dives into data with analyst-level rigor
