- • As a State Health and Human Services Technology Leader at Guidehouse, you will drive technology strategy and solution design for complex HHS initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and competitive differentiation.
- • You will architect go-to-market solutions, translate macro requirements into working demonstrations, lead RFP responses and client presentations, and oversee cross-functional teams delivering technology-enabled outcomes in health and human services.
- • Guidehouse is a global consulting firm specializing in public sector, commercial, and risk services, with deep expertise in guiding government agencies through digital transformation, particularly in health and human services domains.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in HHS technology ecosystems, lead high-impact solution architecture initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and shape the future of public service delivery through innovation in cloud, AI, and enterprise platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10 years of IT experience
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Proven experience delivering HHS projects including Integrated Eligibility, Child Support, Child Welfare, HCBS, and/or Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES)
- • Experience with leading-edge technologies across Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and enterprise platforms
- • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- • Must be a US citizen or Permanent resident and able to pass a government background check
