  • • As a Strategic Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing our vital health plan and channel partnerships. This individual contributor position is designed for a driven professional with a growth mindset, a deeply consultative approach, exceptional partner management capabilities, and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding partner experiences. You will be an integral part of our Commercial and Partnerships teams, working collaboratively with cross-functional departments to support our partners, particularly Accountable Care Organizations (ASOs), drive significant activation opportunities, and scale employer adoption through our robust partner network.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass Strategic Partner Oversight, where you will lead the daily coordination, meticulous tracking, and effective execution for our key health plan and channel partner relationships. This includes diligently managing deliverables, facilitating clear communications, and ensuring timely internal follow-ups to maintain momentum and alignment.
  • • You will be instrumental in Managing Existing Partners by spearheading the sales process to cultivate top-of-funnel growth opportunities. A key aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with our Partner Sales and Account Management teams. Together, you will articulate Cylinder’s compelling value proposition and highlight our unique market differentiation, ensuring our partners are well-equipped to represent our services effectively.
  • • Driving Growth and New Revenue is a central tenet of this position. You will proactively identify and source employer deals within established partner frameworks, ensuring seamless alignment and robust activation across all involved stakeholders. Furthermore, you will partner closely with our Health Plan Growth teams to uncover and actively support expansion opportunities within our existing, valuable partnerships, thereby maximizing mutual growth.
  • • Contributing to Sales Enablement & Training will involve collaborating with the Growth Marketing team to create and maintain essential partner-facing resources. This includes developing and refining pitch decks, crafting effective email templates, compiling comprehensive FAQs, and producing co-branded collateral that empowers our partners to succeed.
  • • You will foster strong Collaboration across Teams, working hand-in-hand with Sales, Health Plan Growth, Implementation, Client Success, Marketing, and Product teams. Your efforts will be crucial in supporting successful partner launches, executing impactful campaigns, and driving growth initiatives. You will also be responsible for tracking progress against partner goals and maintaining clear visibility into upcoming opportunities, ensuring a proactive and coordinated approach.
  • • Performance Tracking & Reporting is a critical function. You will diligently monitor and report on partner-driven revenue, engagement metrics, and tangible member outcomes. By leveraging data insights, you will identify key opportunities for strategic growth and enhanced collaboration, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of our partner programs.
  • • Finally, you will provide essential Lifecycle Management Support, assisting with all facets of the partner lifecycle. This ranges from the initial onboarding and integration phases to ongoing expansion efforts and successful renewal processes, ensuring a smooth and productive journey for each partner.
  • • We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, possess a profound understanding of the employer health benefits landscape, and harbor a genuine passion for continuous learning and innovation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are paramount, enabling you to navigate complex stakeholder environments with finesse.
