- • The Strategic Account Service Engineer is a key member of the Electronics Solutions Americas Team, focused on delivering best-in-class after-sales service to top strategic customers through on-site installation, servicing, repair, and technical support for complex equipment and systems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing on-site equipment installation and repair, instructing customers on system operation and maintenance, serving as the primary liaison between customers and factory engineering, coordinating technical issue resolution, participating in customer equipment improvement and safety meetings, and driving application success through technical solutions and knowledge transfer.

🎯 Requirements
- • BS degree or equivalent experience
- • 4–7 years of relevant experience in technical service, field engineering, or equipment support
- • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and self-direct tasks
- • Experience with installation, servicing, and repair of complex equipment and systems
- • Strong communication and customer instruction skills for technical audiences
- • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally with assistance
