- • This Strategic SI Partner Development Manager role at Fivetran is critical to scaling enterprise adoption by activating Systems Integrators as strategic growth multipliers, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making data access as simple and reliable as electricity.
- • You will lead and scale Fivetran’s Systems Integrator ecosystem across North America as an IC5 enterprise alliance leader, driving measurable sourced pipeline, co-sell execution, and incremental bookings through a focused portfolio of Strategic and Regional SIs.
- • Day to day, you will own executive-level relationships with Strategic and Regional Systems Integrators, develop and execute multiyear joint business plans aligned to enterprise revenue targets, and drive measurable S0 and S1 pipeline creation through structured co-sell engagement.
- • You will activate SIs early in enterprise sales cycles to accelerate deal velocity, influence partner industry practices to embed Fivetran into modern data and cloud transformation programs, and build multi-threaded account strategies with Fivetran AEs and partner account leaders.
- • You will lead executive QBRs and strategic planning sessions with partner leadership, collaborate with Partner Marketing to translate campaigns and events into measurable pipeline outcomes, and track partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and incremental bookings with operational rigor.
- • You will represent partner capabilities internally to drive field adoption and alignment, ensuring strong field alignment, disciplined performance management, and measurable revenue impact across your partner portfolio.
- • You will work with technologies including Salesforce, Looker, Gong, Google Workspace, partner marketing automation platforms, and cloud ecosystem platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- • You will join a team within Fivetran’s Alliances organization that plays a critical role in scaling enterprise activation by turning Systems Integrators into strategic growth multipliers for thousands of companies leveraging Fivetran’s data pipelines.
