- • The Strategy & Analytics Advisor, C&CE role supports critical analytical work that drives strategic priorities for Cigna’s Client & Customer Experience organization, shaping business decisions through data-driven insights and business case development.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping C&CE strategy by developing business cases, leveraging data to solve business problems, identifying opportunities through trend analysis, developing testing plans, monitoring performance indicators, and presenting compelling insights to senior leadership.
- • The role is part of a Business Analyst team within Cigna’s C&CE organization, which focuses on improving customer experience, redesigning servicing destinations, and enhancing associate experience through better tools and capabilities, working closely with leadership across functions.
- • The individual will grow into a thought partner and executive storyteller, gaining expertise in analytics, strategy, business judgment, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to influence strategy at the Managing Director level and beyond.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in math, economics, statistics, engineering, business, or a related field
- • Two years of relevant analytics or management consulting experience
- • Strong communication (oral and written), presentation, and facilitation skills
- • Ability to structure project plans and independently manage to deadlines
- • Ability to partner across organizations and roles to influence and deliver work
- • Coding experience in a relevant language (e.g. SQL or Python) is a core requirement
