📋 Description
- • The Strategy & Analytics Senior Advisor role within Cigna’s Client & Customer Experience (C&CE) team is critical to shaping strategic priorities by delivering data-driven insights that improve customer experience, redesign servicing models, and enhance associate capabilities across multiple lines of business including US Employer, Pharmacy Benefit Management, and Individual and Family Plans.
- • Day to day, the advisor will shape C&CE strategy by developing business cases, evaluating options, and assessing costs and benefits; leverage data to solve business problems by identifying data needs, pulling data from relevant sources, and performing analysis; identify business opportunities using trend analysis and mining operational data for insights; develop testing plans, monitor performance indicators, and investigate and remediate emerging issues; and grow into a thought partner and executive storyteller by distilling work into compelling presentations that educate, inform, and inspire action.
- • The C&CE team is responsible for servicing Cigna customers across multiple lines of business while operating call centers effectively and efficiently; this role is part of a Business Analyst team that provides direct support to C&CE leadership, working closely with Operations, Tech, Finance, and business teams to drive strategic improvements in customer and associate experience.
- • In this role, the individual will become a subject-matter expert and thought leader, expected to own impactful projects across domains, present to senior (Managing Director+) audiences, and grow professionally by developing advanced analytical, strategic, and communication skills while partnering with data teams and influencing senior leaders across Cigna.
