📋 Description

• • The Summer Analyst - Real Estate Development & Acquisitions role supports Tanger Factory Outlet Centers’ mission to create shopping destinations that entertain, inspire, and bring communities together by contributing to strategic real estate investments and development initiatives.
• • Day to day, the analyst will assist with financial underwriting and analysis of acquisition opportunities, build and maintain Excel-based financial models (including cash flow projections, IRR, and return analyses), conduct market research on demographics and retail trends, support preparation of investment memoranda and presentation materials, evaluate development and redevelopment feasibility, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and enhance internal deal processes using project management tools and emerging technologies like AI.
