Support Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Support Engineer at Nango Technologies Inc., you will be the front line of the customer experience, bridging engineering, support, and solutions to help customers debug complex integration challenges and contribute code to expand API coverage.
• • Day to day, you will triage customer inquiries via email and Slack, debug platform and integration issues using Datadog logs and source code, troubleshoot external API problems, implement support for new APIs, improve documentation, run technical Q&A calls with prospects, contribute code fixes, and feed customer insights back to product and engineering teams.
• • Nango is a YC-backed developer infrastructure company providing API access for agents and apps, serving over 350 paying customers including Replit, Mercor, and Exa, with a small, elite team from top tech companies like AWS, GitHub, and Uber.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in API integrations, influence product direction through customer feedback, grow your full-stack engineering skills in a real-world context, and become a trusted technical advisor to both customers and internal teams.
