- • As a Support Engineer at Freshpaint, you will serve as a frontline technical expert helping healthcare organizations safely use marketing and analytics tools without exposing protected health information, directly impacting patient privacy and digital innovation in healthcare.
- • You will own and drive customer issues from initial report to final resolution, troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack using Go, TypeScript, and SQL, analyze system behavior to identify root causes, and collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve both customer experience and product functionality.
- • Freshpaint is a Y Combinator-backed, privacy-first data platform founded to eliminate the trade-off between growth and compliance in healthcare’s $4+ trillion digital transformation, serving hospitals, digital health companies, and life sciences organizations with a remote-first, mission-driven culture.
