📋 Description

• Administer and maintain enterprise-grade Linux and Windows server environments supporting AI-driven product development and HelixAI platform operations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure high availability and reliability of critical systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across on-premises and cloud-based environments in alignment with security best practices.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain network services including DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and load balancers to support global engineering teams.
• Automate routine system administration tasks using scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to support CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery testing, and data integrity checks to safeguard enterprise data and ensure business continuity.
• Document system configurations, operational procedures, and incident resolutions to maintain knowledge sharing and compliance standards.
• Respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, providing timely escalation when necessary.
• Work closely with security teams to implement patches, updates, and vulnerability remediation across all managed systems.
• Support hybrid infrastructure environments combining physical servers, virtual machines, and cloud resources across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems and respond to outages or performance degradation.
• Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation to accommodate growing demands from AI product development teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements related to data protection and IT operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior system administrators and IT support staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software licenses, and network assets using IT asset management tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure standards, automation frameworks, and operational workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator in enterprise environments
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancers)
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred
